1. Victor Ramos - passed away on Nov 10, 2009 of congestive heart failure in
Manila, Philippines at the age of 54. He is survived by his wife and 3 children and
10 brothers and sisters. He is the brother of Lilia Ramos Alog (Candonians of
Southern California president).

2. Magdalena Chan Llanes- a retired municipal employee in Candon died in an  
Orange County hospital at the age of 78. She is survived by her four children
Rey, Richard, Renee Concepcion, and Rudy.  Her remains will be flown back
to Candon on Wednesday, November 11th.

3. Susan Rosete Madarang- passed away in Florida at the age of fifty eight. She
was married to Enrique “Ike” Madarang  and had three children.

4. Antonio “Yeng” Abaya- at the age of 69 in Manila, married to the former Lydia
Hao . He was a former OIC Mayor of Candon and OIC Governor of Ilocos
Sur in 1986.
